When you are ready to place your order, click the Checkout button to be taken to the Paypal website to complete your transaction. Please note: Payment is via Paypal account or credit/debit card. Cookies must be paid for before they will be dispatched.

Once an order has been placed, Rainbow Cookies cannot guarantee that cancellations or amendments will be possible. Should you require a change to your order, please email us before 10am and we will endeavor to accommodate you wherever possible.

All orders placed before 10am Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same working day. All orders placed after 10am will be baked and dispatched the next working day. Rainbow Cookies aim to dispatch all orders by 2pm via Royal Mail First Class delivery.

As our deliveries are all handled by Royal Mail, we cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail outside of our control including industrial action and subsequent disruption to their service. We cannot offer refunds for cookies that have been delayed in the post or resend orders except at our discretion. The Royal Mail categorises a parcel as lost if undelivered after 15 working days. If your cookies have not arrived after 15 working days, please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order, whichever you prefer.

If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We will ask you to return the cookies to us, in their original packaging via recorded delivery. A refund can then be offered. Rainbow Cookies do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.

We reserve the right not to send a message that may be considered offensive or inappropriate.

Our handmade cookies are always freshly baked to order, using only free range eggs and other high quality ingredients. Any products that contain nuts are clearly specified. However since nuts are used in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any of our cookies are 100% nut free. Reasonable care and precaution are taken with our Gluten Free range, both the ingredients and finished cookies.
