How It Works

Here's how it works...

Simply place your order before 10am Monday through Friday and your cookies will be freshly baked and dispatched that same day.  Orders placed after 10am will be baked and dispatched the next working day. 

Alternatively, if you're shopping for a special occasion or gift, you can specify the date that we bake and dispatch your cookies.  Simply tick the Specify Dispatch Date box in your shopping basket and fill in your choice of date.  It's that easy!

How to pay...

Rainbow Cookies accepts payment though Paypal, as well as credit and debit cards. During checkout you can decide how you want to pay.  Card payments will be checked via either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

We use plenty of bubble wrap and tissue to ensure your cookies arrive in the best possible condition.  It also makes our delicious cookies even more fun to unwrap!

About delivery...

We use Royal Mail First Class delivery to send you your cookies on the day that we bake them. 90-99% of all orders are delivered the next business day so that your order arrives fresh. Alternatively, we now also offer Guaranteed Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail.  Simply choose from the drop down menu in your shopping basket. 

You will receive an email letting you know that your order has been dispatched. 

Sorry, but we can’t guarantee that you will receive them next day (unless you select Guaranteed Next Day Delivery) so do make allowances if you want your cookies for a special occasion.

If you are concerned that your order will arrive when you’re not home, why not have it delivered to your workplace?
