The Rainbow Cookie Story... 

For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about cooking.  From an early age, I was fascinated by all of the amazing creations that came from my mother's kitchen: desserts, baked-goods and especially...cookies!  Over the years I have experimented with my own creations, and put my unique twist on more traditional recipes, to develop a range of delicious handmade cookies.

Family, friends and well-fed neighbours encouraged me to follow my dream and make a living out of something I love.  Now I am excited to share my cookie collection, Rainbow Cookies, with you.
